Grass-fed beef

Grass-fed beefとは、放牧で自然飼育された牛。一般的には健康志向に適っていると考えられています。

逆にIndustrial beefは逆に大量生産された牛肉のことを指し、feedlotや畜産工場で飼育されるものです。これらはよく比較されます。
